I have a question

if the clicking is not GLUE, Can u send ur stick back and get a new one?

i'm sure you could within the 30 day warranty, provided it is a Manufacturer's defect...

unless it's actually broken, I wouldn't count on it.

IT doesn't have to be fully broken, I had a chip in the blade on my M-1, and sent it back in, and they said that before they can send a new one, they have to inspect the stick so they can tell if it was broken from shots or abuse, so he could be able to get one if they think it is worth it

That's mission, not easton. :)

mission has the best customer servive so it would matter.

Believe easton has profesional people that know how to take care of the costumers.

There was a topic where they talked about this

WHo are you trying to convince here? Mission has the best service, and Justin is on theis board as well. Besides I would like to see the topic about Easton.

Mission is the best when it comes to customer service ( I have dealt with them multiple times)

Also kinda off topic but Rink Rat is probably one of the best when it comes to CS as well :)

I have to say, the "smaller" companies tend to have the best CS. Although Mission isn't a smaller company, they have the same quality CS that they had back when I bought my first pair of missions in about 95. I'm about to be on my 6th pair of Mission inlines, and although I've only had one problem ever with their skates (the infamous denting chassis on the first round of hi-los that came on the VSIs) it was addressed and solved AT A NATIONAL. I was able to just get a new pair of skates on site about 1000 miles away from where the skates were purchased.

I've had a good experience with easton. For the stick deal it had to be in at a certain date and I forgot about it so I called them up and they said it would be ok if I sent it in even though it was late. They didnt even have a pattern request on the form but I wrote sakic on it and I still got it even though it was late and there was no request for a pattern. I havent dealt with them warrenty wise but I do a agree that they have good service but theres no arguing that Mission has great service also if not better.b

I just cracked the bottom of my Si-Core and they made me saw the shaft in half to send it to them so they had to give me the warranty replacement.
