Miike 1 Report post Posted June 14, 2006 These fit like a glove, perfect fit.As for cost... they were in the 700s before taxes. But they were worth it IMO to have a nice comfortable pair of skates.
EBondo 243 Report post Posted June 14, 2006 Damn those skates are sickkkkk, but if it was a German flag or American one, they'd be even better

flip12 735 Report post Posted June 15, 2006 My opinion, the white looks bad with the g-series side panel gray. I've never seen a custom graf skate that didn't make me want to throw up. Nothing personal. Glad you like them.

I will come by and help take some away for you  anyhow, to answer your question. I know a couple of possible answers. Its the same answer to why do some girls need more than 100 pairs of shoes ? One is variety. The other is the same as stereo hi-fi lovers, they are always in the search of the best sound and perfection. Of course, they will never find it. Hence the never ending search for the Holy Grail. Edited June 15, 2006 by fastmiele

bucko 0 Report post Posted June 15, 2006 very nice skates miike!!those tongues would be perfect for me, cause i don´t like the new thinner ones at the current models like the bauer have. unfortunately graf skate dont fit my foot very well so i would have to make them custom (also the tongues) and that would be to expensive for me...knock on wood my vapor 10´s last a little while... No guys i'm not rich, i didn't spend near that for that thing. when it comes to cages, nothing is nicer looking than a white or black jofa 480 cage, especially 2-3 inches off the chin. I think most will agree

flashgordon 0 Report post Posted June 16, 2006 how u liking those nilson curves, im thinkin of gettin one of his prostock XXX-lites on eastwest hockey Well, the Easton and Adrenaline Nilson curves that I have are not identical, but they're similar - big heel wedge, very open, around 5.5 lie. Great for passing and snappers (works well with the whip flex on the Adrenaline), but slapshots can be hard to keep down because of the loft. Be careful though because the Bauer curve could be completely different. I once had a XX of his and it was a pro Maltby clone (lower lie, less curve, less open). If I were you, I'd at least call the store (assuming you are buying over the net) to have them describe the curve.
flashgordon 0 Report post Posted June 16, 2006 I have a question to...Which stick do you like better the ak 27 shaft/blade combo or your dolomite? The AK27 is not a combo actually, it's fused like the Dolomite / 1100. It's noticably lighter than the Dolomites I have (in fact it's lighter than my XN10s), but I find the shaft vibrates a little more and has a little less pop. Remember though, these are pro sticks so they're not comparable to the retail versions.
