I missed the second TD from today's game and apparently the celebration is too crude to be displayed on sportscenter. So what exactly happened?

People are making such a big deal out of this. It's not like he turned to the crowd and started cursing at them or anything. It was totally playful, he wasn't mocking anyone ala T.O.

He ran to the goal post, and "mooned" the fans in the end zone.

He didn't do it literally, just acted it out.

I don't think it was the pretend mooning that got everyone upset, but the way he rubbed his a** all over the GB logo on the post pads.

Joe Buck was quick to rip him though....right away, "That was classless....I apologize on behalf Fox that we just showed that on live TV..."

It's great that this is what gets attention from the game, not that brett favre was throwing punches after the whistle and didn't even get flagged for it.

I just hope it drives Favre into retirement. God does that team need a QB.

Oh come on, there's nothing wrong with forcing throws into double coverage at least four times a game.

He's not totally at fault...at least 2 picks were because the WR turned up field on what was supposed to be a flat pattern...or whatever.

A couple were just bad reads/throws...

Favre is still a hell of a QB...I hope he comes back for one more...but I think he'll call it a career this summer.

He's a great QB, and I'd still say he's towards the top of the league. But he tries to make some of the throws he was making in the mid-late 90s still. A few years ago he could fire that ball in without his shoulder opening up and them going all crazy. Short passes though he still has a cannon, it's when he has to open it up 20 yards down the field or so is when he really forces it.

I just heard the whole story on TSN.

Tony Dungy was asked what he thought of Moss' "mooning" the crowd. Apparantly the GB fans are notorious for mooning the Opposition bus as it leaves the lot after a GB win (and maybe even a loss, I can't recall).

Dungy said he lost 7 straight in GB and knew the "moon" well, which is why he thought it was funny.

That lends a better understanding to the act, but still pretty classless...as are the fans who moon the bus.

Now that I know the full story, it doesn't bother me at all, and I'm probably the biggest Packer fan you're going to find on this board.

Moss was sticking it too us, and there isn't any harm in that.

What's the difference between this and Detroit fans throwing squids, or Panthers fans throwing mice... the fans aren't classless and Moss wasn't in the wrong for what he did.

Whatbothers me is when players started picking up the Lambeau leap and doing it at their home stadiums.

And we get indignant about the behaviour of a few Russian kids.....Think maybe it's a perception of culture problem?

Idiot is the only word that comes in mind when Randy Moss is mentioned. Great receiver though. Reminds me of Dennis Rodman, great rebounder but major attitude.

I don't even think this was classless. He was giving it back to the fans and I'm sure most people in the stadium knew what it was all about.

I think the only celebration that I've really disliked was the Joe Horn one. Maybe the sharpie one was a little too much, but at least it was original.

I was lovin' every minute of it, mainly because I'm a huge Vikings fan and I just thoght it was funny. I was pissed that every was so quick to judge him without even knowing the reasoning behind it. Terry, Howie, and the rest of the crew at Fox ripped him apart for it.

I dunno about that... ;) Also, once I heard what the Packer fans do after a victory, I see why he did it, and think its pretty damn funny. I had no idea that Packer fans did that, but oh well, they got what they deserved from Moss.
