Use either a CCM regular flex or Bauer 102 flex depending on mood. Both are shafts with blades (V110 and TFG)

Both sticks come to my top lip in shoes, and I play defense.

For inline last year i had a 85 flex ultra lite which i liked alot, ill probably stick with my 102 flex nike apollo shaft and stick a v60 blade in it, im 5'10" 185.

I use a TPS Tricore X-stiff. and im hpefully getting some 110 flex synergys,

im 5'10'' and play roller and ice hockey. i just cant get used to the feel of whippy sticks!

i use a 85 easton flex, i dont know if i like it though, i still use it, just one week i like it the next i cant get along with it at all.

The best think is a 100 flex.
