The slap shot is the most over used and over rated shots in all of hockey.

Do yourself a favor, learn a good wrister, or snap.

I love taking Snap Shots and using a whip flex for roller gives it a real kick. The only problem with my Snapper is that I occasionally fire the puck over the net. But wiht practice I will have it down.

a snap shot is when you use your wrists to ''snap'' the puck. its not quite as accurate as the wrist shot but it works when you dont have alot of time or when your in close.

Snap. I hate people that don't know what they're doing and attempt to do a slap shot. They do a big golf windup and end up clipping someone in the face.

my favourite shot is the slap shot, but the shot i use most is wrist. slap shots are great, if u have the time to get a good one off, they suck if you try and rush it.

well, my favourite shot has to be my slapshot, with a yellow puck because you can barely see it when its in the air. but when im playing forward i always use my snapshot, i soemtimes find that the puck may knuckle when winding up for a wrist shot.

I finally got my slapshot working, and just learned how to do a snap shot. Although I like the new snap shot and found it fairly easy to do, I love ther wrist shot more than all.

Theres a SHITE load of that shot being taken in Aus. Inline. Its a very nifty shot to use when some dumb ass defenceman gives you even a small amount of room. My fav shot when it comes to hitting the far post.

haha i just roll the puck into the net, cause you know all my dangles and such. by the time im done, i have an empty net to shoot at.

I too prefer the backhand shot, even though I'm a D player.

I often burst into the middle of the offensive zone to create something, receive a pass and fake the goalie...love that.

My best shot by far is my wrist shot. I can really get something on it and always hit the corners. I also have a great backhand.

Snap shot all the way! It is by far the quickest shot to get off and one of the most deceptive shots besides the backhand.
