Went to my local Play it Again Sports to get tape and they had the whole Stealth CX protective line out. Picked up some shins.

The Mozart (Requiem) went beautifully this morning, although there's still some hiccups to be ironed out before next week. The choir and the congregation had a wonderful musical "Moment" at the end of service, singing Amazing Grace acapella as the final hymn. I'm reminded why I love singing so much. Our director was so pleased with us as we ran through everything in the morning, she said, "You sound great, I could've had call 15 minutes later." (cue rumblings from the choir - call was at 8:30am for a 10am service.)

I don't know too much about size vs size when it comes to companies as i was poorly sized for my previous skates. But when i saw the title of this thread I knew I had to pop in and say "Great F%$@ing skate"

Crazy fun dropin last night. Fast skate, 8 people on each bench...usually boring, but it was fast enough that time to catch my breath wasn't a bad thing. My cousin's husband joined us. He grew up in Wisconsin and went to Michigan Tech. He's currently living in the hockey wasteland of Texas. Complained that he was out of shape. I don't think anyone else noticed. :)

Reminds me of Bauer's 1X branding, which reminded me of the Mako. Too little difference between brands these days.

As a musician I totally get this. Musical "moments" are so rare and special.... Good for you.

Nice set Hills! How do you like them so far? My Warrior Ritual G2 Custom Pros. Got them in last June and they've just sat around the house because I haven't played since last April. I'm looking forward to getting these babies on the ice today. :)
