    I had said back in the second round that I was surprised the Vegas defense hadn't wilted......well, they've started making some costly mistakes and their top scorers are being shut down by the Caps. Maybe the glass slipper doesn't fit after all.

    It will be interesting to see how VGK responds. We've seen WSH take the foot off the pedal when things are going their way (from a series record perspective) and claw their way back. What we haven't seen yet is VGK dig themselves out of a hole. What we can bank on is every win is going to be earned by either team.

    I got sick of replacing rivets every month. My shop suggested to put in four copper rivets in the front of the holder, and four copper rivets in the back of the holder. Has worked like a charm for 6 months. Same setup as this:

    Half of the cowling is nearly flat from where the runner was cut off. This is a painstaking process getting the cowling nice and flat with a palm sander. The great thing is that there will still be a centre line on the cowling for reference to mount the Sprung chassis. https://imgur.com/gallery/Kop56Bw

    Cutting the blade off of an old school cowling so I will have a proper cowling on a goalie boot. This will go between the Sprung chassis and the boot. It takes a bit to get the cowling flat, but it is better to cut less than dig into the cowling. I ordered goalie wheels. I am also going to reveal a couple of twists in the cosmetics of this inline goalie skate.

    Pretty much. This is the first time these playoffs that they haven’t looked dominant. Hopefully they can sort themselves out quickly.
