We got married in a hotel room, with only two witnesses and the official present. There were 8 people at the wedding party after the ceremony. Most of our family members found about it afterwards, including my wife's parents. We just didn't want to make it a big deal. Ninja wedding

Yes, the new Vapor line of skates comes out 24th of this month.

Man, you should shave!

Who hasn't ever screwed up at work?

I just cut the straps on the pads and sewed them together. Not very pretty, but works.

Been meaning to do this for a while now, finally got it done. Replaced the RBZ 130 caps with U+12 ones. I now have very low profile and more mobile caps on the lighter, sleeker and more breathable RBZ 130 torso.

I'd be a millionaire if I got a cent every time I see someone saying "I could care less". People suck at Finnish too though, so it's universal. Interwebz has ruined the world.

Lots of snow. Finnish winter is beautiful.

Sharpening: Blade Hollow and the Relationship to Body Weight
JSK81 replied to Gretsch's topic in Ice Hockey Equipment
Yep. Players skate on much shallower hollows here. If I can't get FBV I ask for a 18mm hollow (Between 11/16 and 3/4) and always get the same response "wow, that's crazy deep!". Many if not most of the Finnish elite league players skate on hollows up to 1 1/4". Heard that one North American player decided to try 28mm hollow instead of his normal 16mm and loved the glide.- 47 replies

I know man. The MSH player's bag couldn't fit in the pic, that thing is huge! I think I have to find some green Stars socks now.
-
Both are 14", the pair on the left are Willie Mitchell pro returns and the pair on the right are customs with short cuff, narrow fit, mesh gussets and nash/digital palms.
-
Which ones?

Look at all this stuff I dragged home from the US.
-
I understand. I myself didn't like the Projekt elbows. To get back on topic, I finally got the MSH helmet stickers!
-
I've never tried the 700's, but I suppose they're quite similar. Simple and protective elbows with great mobility. Not as bulky as the pro Jofa/Reebok gear.
-
Can't think of anything bad to say about the Easton Pro elbows, they're the best I've used. And I'm really picky.

http://modsquadhockey.com/forums/index.php/topic/66247-warrior-covert-qr1/?p=1012806 I couldn't find the QR Pro in any European online shop, so it's probably not available here.

You don't like your English teacher that much either, right?
-
No. PP92 is the exact same pattern as PP26 but with a lower lie. PP92 and PP26 are both Sakic clones, so they're similar (but not exactly the same) to Bauer P92, Easton E3, CCM|Reebok Crosby/Nugent-Hopkins etc.

This thread is an excellent example of how most people don't really have any real problems.

Those gloves are Warrior's "Official Winter Classic" model. Don't know why they went with that Franchise print, but yeah, they're Bonafide X spec. http://www.totalhockey.com/product/Detroit_Redwings_2014_Winter_Classic_Gloves/itm/14024-41/ http://www.totalhockey.com/product/Toronto_Maple_Leafs_2014_Winter_Classic_Gloves/itm/14025-41/
