We go through this discussion every 10 pages or so. When you quote a post with a pic just delete the pic's url and type *pic* or leave it blank. It's not hard.

at first I disliked it, then I saw it in a darker color... then when I saw it in person and tried it on it was love... I'm still curious about the 9500, the stealth and the new intake coming out all within the next year.

If you're like me you'll love the shins more and more as you use them. They stay in place better than traditional shins and that just might have saved me from a disastrous injury.

Is there much drop-off from the one90's to the 70's? I'm thinking about getting 70's, and I know it's blasphemy to say this on MSH about any product, but I don't think I could ever swallow the price of the one90's. EDIT - I really should have read that whole page before posting, shouldn't I? Time to go to bed now. Only difference is the palm. :) I like them and they match my team's color.

Bottomline, if you have a good LHS you are stupid to not use them, even if it does cost a few bucks extra. Don't get me wrong, I will buy stuff online when deals are to be had but my LHS treats me well... Actually, they occasionally ask me about deals and some have taken advantage of some of the ridiculous deals I've found.

I love the pants, by far the best fitting and most mobile pants I tried on. I got two teammates to get them since I bought mine and they love them too. I like both gloves actually, I just wished the palm of the 70s were similar to the vapor XXXs(ie super thin). They're a little thick and not as soft as their dura-soft palm. No complaints though, I can't complain for less than $150 for both gloves brand new.

No they are a little more snug on the fingers and the opposite side of your knuckles (whatever the correct term for that specififc part of your palm is). It's a dri-fit pad along the back of the hand and through the back of the fingers. I'm sure it won't fit soo snug after you start sweating. :) The RBKs fit tighter and are more streamlined than the 4-roll. And yes, 14" gloves should be fine.

My buddy's band just released another cd this past weekend. I don't think it's been posted before but they're out of Clearwater, FL. Weaksauce (Rock, punk, ska) A lot of their stuff is similar to sublime. In my opinion, they don't have some of their best songs on their myspace right now but they have some good ones on purevolume.com.
