So, the Habs stay close to SJ for 2 and a half periods...and probably should have won that game...then come out flying aginst another Western Power (LA). So, I'm in for a huge dissapointment tonight v. Anaheim aren't I? The Jeckyl and Hyde Habs... :(

Good thing that all this talk is in a well 'vented' thread! wah-wah-wah-waaaah!

I've heard a shorter, audio version of the origin, history and potential uses of F**K...but it didn't sound anything like you.

I thought you bought 2 pairs...and that was 1 glove from each pair. Not sure I like that idea...Mind you, I wore "left handed" gloves (Mission 3 finger) for a while...so what the hell do I know :P

Look like Rochester Americans.

This is pretty damn funny. The guy has Burke manerisms down...vocally. Language = NSFW http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NGANLolukqg

I guess more than just insurance: http://tsn.ca/nhl/story/?id=309940 PK will make his debut tonight.

PK Subban has been called up. http://canadiens.nhl.com/club/news.htm?id=...vid=DL|MTL|home I know I should be happy for him...but I fear this will be another guy rushed into service that will suffer a setback in his overall development. I really wanted him to play a full season in the AHL THEN get a solid chance to win a spot next year in Camp. With Mathieu Carle already out for the year and Weber with the Swiss Olympic team...this does leave us a little light on D in Hamilton too. :( [EDIT]: upon further thought...this may just be insurance in case Gorges can't play tomorrow. Weber would likely be the callup in this situatuon...but he's in Van City with Team Suisse.

Because EVERYTHING has to be bigger in Texas *L*

That was a helluva game. Habs play streak killer again. I know this is weird in a 6-5 game...but Price looked good tonight. A lot of what he was beat on, few guys would have stopped. I hope Gorges is okay....that was damn scary. I love the Habs games with all these Dogs playing. The AHL, Hamilton, and Guy Boucher (not to mention Don Lever and Claude Julien before him ) are getting lots of props & attention lately.
-
And Cedrick Desjardins in net next year? And 2 years from now...they're still struggling to be an 8th place team...and we're talking about how they rushed another goalie after some good AHL numbers. 1 of these 2...(or both, as you say) need to be resigned.

I wondered that too...

They are calling it "Emergency Call up" so I doubt his Jr. eligibility is affected.
-
I don't think this is how they planned it...but Kadri makes his NHL debut tonight: http://tsn.ca/nhl/story/?id=309468

You can't post "dynamic" links...and those are HTML coding. < and > commands....this site uses [ and ] commands. Fixed the code.

Theory floating around here with the Habs fans in the office is the Molson's want to trade Carey and BG is not in agreement...so he is being moved out. I seriously think this means Price will be moved before Mar 3. [EDIT]: After seeing most of the PC...I retract my previous statement...or at least the "seriously" part. I think moving Price is more possible an outcome with BG not in the big chair...but we'll see.

...And the great thing is...even with all those Bulldogs called up to Montreal, Hamilton keep winning.

Well, one streak or another has to end there. :) Unless it ends in Montreal first :P -

If I was a visiting team and it happened to my guy...I'd pull my team off and say "find that fan...kick him out...or this game doesn't continue!" Call it whatever you want...unsafe work environment...whatever. I wouldn't have it if I was the coach. -
I thougth he was in some of the practice footage of Dion's first practice...I assuemd he may be close to returning...then I hear all this "season is over' stuff. When they said his spot on Team USA was in jeopardy, I assumed they meant becasue he would be out of game shape from not playing...not becuase the injury was so bad.

Because it's Montreal and the media is looking to create problems. Nah, he lifts his arms up after almost EVERY goal. I told my wife this at the beginning of the season and now even she makes jokes about it. It's quite pathetic. He needs to grow up. His D definitely don't play the same way in front of him than they do with Halak. BTW - I didn't even know the media were saying anything about this. I usually hate the media but this time I have to agree with them if they're talking about this. I wouldn't say he raises his arms after every goal...but there is definitely more reaction than he used to show...In Hamilton, and in his rookie year....you couldn't tell the difference between a save and a goal. Maybe when Martin commented on him being too non challant (sp?) he took it to an extreme and is showing too much emotion now.

I think there is a forward coming up from the Marlies for the game tomorrow...probably just a practice spot to not have another guy on the NHL payroll for an extra day.

6-8 weeks for Cammy. At least the League is shut down for 2 of those weeks...but he will still miss (at minimum) 14 games.
