    I agree 100%. Seeing as how most youth leagues around here call you if the end of your stick isn't capped/taped...those hooks would never pass.

    For the most part we go between 2-3 min per shift. There are a few who do 4-5+ and they get chirped for it. I HATE when there is only 1 sub on the bench....you end up getting stuck out for like 7 minutes because every time you turn to go off someone else is just going off.

    While extra long shifts are never a good thing...the OP is asking about Shinny/Pickup/Drop-in/Stick time...not a League. I think being a shift Nazi and going nuts on guys to get off the ice after :90 is a bit much in those situations. Depending on the number of extras...it's hard to stick to really short shifts. In a League with a full team is another thing altogether

    Since jersey selection has been brought up...I'll open this to the floor. I wore my Koivu Finland jersey to pickup one week, Baby Blue. I was told not to wear it again because it was confusing them???? I think it's pretty obviously blue...which is not white. Now, the time I wore the 2004 Eastern Conf. All Star jersey...I can see that being a problem.

    I don't get a whole lot of chances to see St. Lou play (CHI/STL on WGN tonight). David was on the point for the PP tonight...is that something new...? Or have they used him like that for while.

    Well...after 9 skates on my MSH Skate FBV...looks like I'm due for a sharpen. I suppose it could be worse...I only have to drive half an hour for the closest location that does it.

    I wasn't aware that those ever made it into the NHL...I thought it was much more of a Roller thing. I guess it just adds to the uniqueness of your collection.

    So what I am hearing from you guys is....I should have more of my stores with the FBV sharpening?? Who is on the GTA or Ontario??? I can do London Barrie Brampton Markham (has it already) Concord (has it already) Oakville (has it already) Mississauga (Dundas Location) Cambridge (coming in Feb) Whitby (coming in Feb) And possibly more next year.... Hands up if you want it?? If this is Cambridge, MA then I'm very interested. Which store will have this? Cambridge, Ontario.
