Days of the New.

Probably left behind on purpose, unfortunately. It gets used as a bottle opener when it's in my possession more than anything else.

'93, '94' or '95. Not really sure. Such a basic looking skate, yet sharp looking. What curve? Don't say modano or I may have to steal it. It's a pro stock, but it's very Modano-like.

One of the best sticks Easton ever produced, IMO. The Pro Stocks were beasts. '93, '94' or '95. Not really sure. Such a basic looking skate, yet sharp looking.

Finally home after a long day. Some guys CCM 652's. Real beauties, haha.
-
You aren't that old. Thank you, JR, I am aware of my age. I guess what I mean is, it's cool to see all this really old gear, I just like seeing that type of stuff. It makes me really aware of how far hockey gears come technology wise.
-
This guy just brought in a pair of CCM 652 Tacks to get sharpened for this 40 and over tournament we have going on out here. They're older than I am, it's freaking scary sometimes. I don't see these very often, if at all, so I took a cell phone picture, and I'll post it later tonight when I get home. The guys face when he was watching me take a picture of these ratty old skates was priceless.

Really liking those TPS gloves Darshu. Really, really, really nice pair.
-
That is a lot of visors and socks, jebus.
-
Mmmmmmm, Aluminum T-Flex shafts. COME TO PAPA!!!!! ;) In due time, Drew, in due time.
-
Yes. It's a Shirasaya, meaning it has no guard, and is very sharp, and I'm very skilled with it. Yup, I know. The buyer bugged out for whatever reason. Why pay $200 when it'll probably still be at $70 five days from now.
-
Hahaha, thanks. We all have a certain geekiness level. There's a kickass Dark Knight poster to the right of where I was standing. Shame I couldn't fit it in.
-
what are the red, white and blue gloves in the box? A pair of Sande MaxPro's 13", and a pair of Sande Max980's 13". Forgot to mention that I was standing on my bed when I took this. I live in the downstairs office. Such a small cramped room.
-
My room with all this crap in it. I need a bigger room, haha. NOTE: Huge picture if clicked on.

This was taken about 2 years ago. Old coach on the left, I'm in the middle, and my younger brother on the right. He is now taller than I am. And 5 years ago. My how time has passed me by:

Dunno if anyone listens to them anymore, but I just found a pile of my dad's old Def Leppard cd's. Forgot how much they kicked ass for their time period. I'm listening to their album Hysteria right now... that album is 4 years older than I am. Talk about crazy.
-
Yeah, but they're still nice gloves. You should show off the sticks you bought from me when you get them. ;)
-
Uh, what? :o Fixed.
-
Since when did Souray use Mission gloves? I had a pair of his Easton's when he was in Montreal.
-
If you got the gloves for cheap and you like the fit, might want invest in getting them re-palmed right off the bat. I've seen Mac Daddy's blow through palms really quickly. It has been night and day though, but more often than not they're the first one's I see back when I send a batch out to get fixed.
-
Because with a price of $200 someone would be crazy to outbid me for them. I had nice plans for them too. Was going to modify the cuff, change the palm, etc... $200 was my max, guess he really wanted 'em. Oh well, next pair that comes up is mine! For the record, I put in my bid of $200 with 5 seconds left.
