The pics where I am in red, I was playing in North Vancouver 4 rinks (Canada). The pic where I am in orange is in Burnaby (All within the greater Vancouver district). Was gonna say, I recognize those locker room doors in the background. Burnaby 8 Rinks. Been there so many times, and those locker room colored doors will probably be forever imprinted in my memory. lol.. explain? 8 rinks ice is pretty horrendous for the most part. I have never actually played on there earlier than 5pm, so by then, the ice is already chewed up. Not sure how it is during the mornig, I am sure it's decent then. North Van, however, is amazing. The yellow locker room doors in the background are from Burnaby 8 rinks, and yes, the majority of the ice there sucks. Though the Canucks video room is pretty damn snazzy. Been in there a few times.

Hold on to a 4 goal lead...4 goals?....with 3 minutes left?....and on a power play? Sorry...I dont buy it. If they were trying to spare our feelings, why not just dump it in? Playing keepaway by its very nature is going to frustrate to other team. You don't have to buy anything, I personally thing it's borderline because my team employs that tactic in close games. Obviously, your game wasn't that close towards the end.

Maybe in a younger league, that'd be fine, but in 40+... ehhhh. It's borderline. Since they weren't that much better, it would seem that they just wanted to hold on to the lead and not run the score up. In our game this past Friday we did the same thing, but the score was 3 to 2, and we weren't going into the attack zone. It was up to the blue line, met with a wall of their players, so we would dish it back to our Dmen and just play keep away. They didn't seem to pissed about. The game was very very evenly matched, so it seemed to fit.

I'm making a run at the local Jr. A team here. Skating with them Tuesday night and going from there. Tried to get away from the game for several months, and I just couldn't. So back into the swing of things I go!

I was just browsin craigslist like I normally do looking at random cars, and I think I just fell in love with a car. A friggin car. If only I had anywhere near close to the amount of money needed to purchase such a vehicle: http://seattle.craigslist.org/see/ctd/1396860517.html I'm not the biggest fan of BMW's, but goddammit that car gives me goosebumps.
