sherwood21 0 Report post Posted June 17, 2005 Swiss Elite League. HC Davos makes their players wear them.Good luck finding them. Those guys look like billboards because advertising on their uniforms over in Europe is a very good way to make money and get your name out there. Not overly expensive to get your name on the ice/jerseys/team's facilites, either.

hockechamp14 0 Report post Posted June 17, 2005 i dont think heatleys are LS they looks like custom +'s. and they other guy in the pic has razor bladez. they're defenately LS cuz the custom + has much smaller spaces towards the center than the LS do.And how would you be able to dye plastic like that? Do you dip them like easter eggs?

ponty 0 Report post Posted June 17, 2005 I am just surprised that colored holders, other than black, have not made a comeback.Dang everyone had the blue ones when I was a kid. That was due to Wayne but everyone seems to want them again.

Cavs019 710 Report post Posted June 17, 2005 I'd imagine it would work like a lax head as said earlier. RIT dye does the trick.

I remember seeing a topic on corebeam about them being green before and they dyed it like the lacross handle no JR is right. I even ask to Sylvain Lefebvre who is playing with them and he told me what JR said.

sherwood21 0 Report post Posted June 17, 2005 I'd imagine it would work like a lax head as said earlier. RIT dye does the trick. When I got my head dyed they just dip it in and then vinyl the name on. I don't know if it would work as well due to the plastic on a holder being higher grade than on a lax head, but it's worth a shot.

pantherfan 0 Report post Posted June 18, 2005 they are some seriously good looking LS i would get them if they were for sale and if there were a special spray paint that wouldn't chip, it'd be mine! :P
Kovy_Ribs_Fedo 3 Report post Posted June 18, 2005 Another prover that they are spraypainted is that there is not just LS green, there is also the Easton holder in the pics that are green.

Miike 1 Report post Posted February 26, 2006 Ok quick question guys,I want to spray my holders green, I DO realize it will chip like mad, but i just want it for like a game or so, So when it starts to chip, would it be easy to remove with nail polish remover or paint thinner? Btw, i have LS2's if that makes a difference.
