Weird movie question

what movie is it where a guy gets in a cab, and the cab driver (an indian guy) just starts crying for no reason? The guy asks him "Are you okay?" And the cabbie stops crying, and says he's ok, but then he just starts crying again. I can't remember what damn movie the scene's from!

Any help would be appreciated.

Good movie, but I don't remember ever seeing any kind of crying cabbie...Damn - I forgot about that movie; I saw it a few years ago when I was probably about 12 and haven't seen it since.

No, not Falling Down. And I know it's not Signs....this film is a comedy.

I'm pretty sure it came out in the 2000+ years.

And yeah, the cab driver is not a main character in the film. He's just in that one scene and it's a quick one.
