NHL 05-What are you looking forward to again?

The NHL starts up in six weeks. This got me thinking to what I am looking forward to seeing and hearing with NHL hockey back.

I'll just start with one thing I heard on the radio just now that gave me this idea- I'm looking forward to hearing again the crowd in Montreal late in the third period as the Habs are on their way to a win singing "NaNaNaNA NaNaNaNA Hey Hey Good-bye!!"

I miss hearing the previous night's scores and highlights on the news and sportcenter; having hockey part of everyday life again and being mentioned w/ other sports like it matters.

I wish hockey could be back to the level of popularity it enjoyed in the mid '90's. Even the local mall would have semi decent gear.

I'll be in the shop working with the game on the radio and check the TV's down by the snack bar. Tuesday and Wednesday I work in the shop noon-9. I am looking forward to seeing "Syd the Kid."
