I work summers at the High School in my town as a Janitor...my buddys laugh until I tell them I work 35 hours a week and make $10 an hour.

And then do they laugh back because that's shitty money for doing a shitty job?

...shitty if it's career...but depending on how old chillain is...that's decent "Summer Job" (as he stated) money for a student. I don't recall making 10 bucks an hour at a summer job...hell, I'm not allowed to pay the part-timers that work for me that much.

Yea, I just graduated Highschool, now i'm a freshmen in college, and in a country where some states minimum wage is $5 or $6 an hour, i think $10 an hour is good, for a job that really isn't all that difficult.

Weird, I work for a non-profit health corporation. As it stands I still rot in an office recruiting physicians.

We are audited to hell though. We have to pay out X% to claims what we take in in premiums.

If we make too much money, it goes into a state controlled account/reserve.

Not a tax scam, and really really hard to hold on to non-profit designation in this industry, considering the profit raping other companies do, they regulate the hell out of us
