Pshhh, $50 CAD, they were trying to get rid of them for $10 with the cage here at the shop in the rink! Two teammates went and got them since it fit their rotund heads the best. I'm tempted to go grab one just for the cage.

Meh, I got this in Vancouver (where i live) and the reg. price for that thing was like $150 or stupid crazy like that, when i found out they were selling them for $50, i tried to look for em, but none were in my size...i had to go to like 6 other Sport Cheks to find 'em...finally found my size...it was in a different-sized box.... haha

Heard from a very reliable source that Easton has paid the NHL fee for helmets. I haven't been able to find any certification yet, but I know my source won't steer me wrong.

theres a rink vaughn iceplex that has a lil pro shop and thats the only helmet he stocks and in white also

Met the Easton rep at my LHS today - and asked about the helmet. It's coming.....they are just trying to make sure it's right.

Pros often modify their helmets because some believe comfort and lightness is more important than protection.
