That is insane...and 47 bids are you kidding me?...lol I was complaining inline wheels cost $10 a piece and sticks are reaching the $200 mark....You could buy a CAR for $1800 a junker but non the less a car...And $30 to ship them too....It is INSANE

I wonder if there's a bidding scam involved - look at the bidding history. The two people who drove the price up significantly past $800 have 0 and 1 feedback respectively. The one with 0 was created Jan-11-06?

Don't usually like to badmouth anybody but avoid seller puffdorey. I was intending to buy some ccm roller pants he has listed, which I paid for within 24hrs of auction closing. When I inquired why 20 days later I still had no pants, this is what he wrote.

"I mailed the pants US Postal service on 01/31/06. The post office does not

provide tracking #'s but I did mail the pants 100% insured. It hasen't even

been a week and you sent a message to paypal? You fucking faggot! What is

your problem? I mailed your fucking purchase. I bet you will get it today or

tomorrow. Remove that claim now you dirty piece of shit"

Still no pants on 2/09/06......classy

Well, god forbid what will happen if you have to try to claim insurance with the US Post Office. I sold a stick here to Atlanta Thrashers. Despite having written on it FRAGILE - DO NOT STACK ON THIS END (blade end, naturally) that's exactly what they did and the blade was snapped off when AT got it.

I am fighting with the post office right now, but they're issuing an "investigation" and will get back to me.... in 60 days (I mean, yeah, it was shipped to Canada from the US, but 60 days? My god. And? That's just how long they're going to let Canada take to get back to them). Who knows how long it'll be before AT gets his money and we have any resolution....

SO! regardless, hope not for insurance restitution - you'll be waiting quite some time if my experience is any sort of common indicator.

In my experiences with the post office, it was about 3-4 months before I got my money. 2 phone calls (from them to me) inquiring, and that was it. A pain to wait that long, but they believed me the whole time, and all I had to do was send the receipt (lucky I still had it).
