It's official, same old jerseys but with an ugly Vancouver with no style over the Orca Whale. I would drop the "VANCOUVER" or at least, give it some style!

What I would do, I'd give style to the Vancouver lettering, with styled letters and outlines and I would keep the Orca but at 1/3 of it's current size. That would have a NCAA look and it wouldn't be a bad thing in my opinion.

The Canucks new look is one for the trivia buffs as there aren't many NHL team logos that change colour with the uniform. The Leafs is one that comes to mind...any others?

The sweeping bottom on the front and back looks like garbage. It makes the bottom stripe around the jersey look useless. "My NHL," yeah, right. My NHL wouldn't have jerseys that look as bad as this new bunch of horrible ideas. I am really holding back on the words I want to use out of respect for MSH.

I think a drop tail like what Nashville had on their thirds would look tons better than this crap. It makes them look short. The home jersey doesn't look bad as it blends in with the pants, but the roads look silly.

They're taking order or pre-order right now on both replicas and authentics. I don't know if the socks will be available to the public before next summer though. My guess is that we will have to wait until next year for the socks.

Personally i love the new canucks uniforms. However that is only in comparison to the other new uniforms from other teams. I like them because the actual jersey design is simple. They have horizontal stripes! It is a classic looking jersey and i like them for that. The wordmark above the logo I thnk will grow on a lot of people, but I think it will take time, it just doesn't sit right at the moment. The only aspect I seriously dislike about the jersey is the new style of the stick in rink shoulder logo. Why change that? They should have left it exactly as was rather than change for the sake of change.

Anyone else notice how the rangers jersey, detroit's jersey, boston's jersey, and to a much lesser extent this canucks jersey are by far the best looking out of the released bunch. Funny how they are either exactly the same as they were or based on a traditional hockey design as opposed to the horrible 'modernised' templates of other teams.

washingtons and columbus' are pretty nice too.

Vancouver - wordmark is unnecessary, stripe on bottom of white jersey looks pretty bad. Colors and logo are fine though.

Tampa Bay - it's alright, just like the old one, nothing great.

Ottawa - love the simplicity and the new logo is great, but it looks like it needs a stripe near the bottom and the sleeves are a bit odd.

NY Isles - piping around the shoulder is unnecessary, sleeves look pretty bad.

Detroit - looks fine, no changes

Florida - WAY too much piping, arm bands? It's a hack job. Their colors were always terrible.

Rangers - looks okay, wasn't ever a big fan.

Nashville - too much piping, looks like a t-shirt.

Kings - looks fine, no real changes.

Columbus - piping looks a bit odd but it's pretty simple.

Capitals - piping and sleeve colors are a bit odd, I prefer their vintage jerseys.

Bruins - the only "perfect" jersey I've seen yet!

Ill have to agree with Boston. It just looks like someone actually took the time to do their research and worked with the new jersey the best they could.

I actually like the new Isles jersey, but my lacrosse team has the same colors as them so i'm a little biased.

^ I like everything else but I see there is no point putting "VANCOUVER" letters. I saw Naslund jersey with "C" and it does look odd to me (just located above bunch of letters).
