its been alittle while. apparently its because he is involved in an enviromentaly friendly organization. i saw something on nhl.com about him and david suzuki.

What is it biodegradable or has a lower "carbon footprint" (whatever that means) or something?

I believe it is made with 10K hemp weave.

Yeah I noticed Staals skates tonite too watching the game on tv. Were you at the game Dare to Dream 1980?

yea i was at the game.. probably the best hawks game all year.. i have season tickets and this was definately one of the best games ive seen. And for the canes' fan.. haha ya that sucks.. He's a great player though id take staal on my team anyday

Hemp could save us all, even us gear nuts would probably benefit from a little hemp fiber in our equipment, cheaper than kevlar and carbon, lighter and stronger than cottons, polys, and nylons, just have to wrest the hemp info away from the hippies and the poncho wearing crowd and give it too some MIT hockey nuts...

Goalies should use hemp in their pads so they can stone the shooters. I can see any potential warrior goal pads taking that route... with the new stick complete with hemp technology being the doobie...

I was looking at game pictures from the recent bruins rangers game on getty images and could'nt help to notice Savards new skates and stick!!! A white and black easton synergy and some silver and black skates that looked like bauers but werent x60s. Anyone know what the stick or skates are??? Sorry no pics I don't know how to post them.

the x60s are beautiful. does know if the gloves jokinen is using in calgary are i think theyre 4 rolls but not sure? sorry no pic
