are we most likely only going to see the new NBH equipment and then start seeing the new Bauer branded products later in the season?

What Bauer branded equipment? Everything is NikeBauer until the next line revision, and even then to brand things Bauer at the pro level would make the retail items with Nike swiishes obsolete and unsellable for full price, everyone would demand the latest.

This is what I gather from JR's previous comments on the matter, I don't know if NHL logo rules will force their hand and carry pro equipment with another logo, but it wouldn't make sense for reasons above.

Might be using up old stock instead of jumping into the new batch before the season starts. I would think the equip. managers haven't fully stocked up on the new sticks yet.

I'm pretty sure I remember hearing that he had not been using the S17, it was just a paint job. Not sure what stick it actually was he had used an Elite before that so it might have been that.

The stick he's using currently is a SE16. No paint job necessary
