I skate with socks for that very reason. Plus my skates all fit me perfectly, so no worries about blisters.

I wear socks! I've been using over-the-calf ski-lite sock (thorlos?) for the last few years and they are great..need to change to a new pair though.

Ya I wear socks, usually Adidas or Oakley ankle, then pull my UnderArmour leggins down over my heel.

I use the super thin wigwam socks. Nice and thin, but keeps my feet try.

I used to be a barefoot guy, but now I use baseball socks (at the request of my dad, because my skates were stinking up the basement), you know the really thin knee high ones. Thin and light, and do a good job at keeping the smell out. I go through them quite abit.
