I fell in love with the kovalev true1 until the blade broke

my dream stick would be an Inno True1 SoftGrip(all black version) 260 flex kovalev

stealth grip 100flex drury would make me happy too :D

*95 flex Ultra Lites with soft grip, and Inno Kovalev blades. Although Easton's Drury is essentially the same thing, Inno's product is far and away the best there is for me.

That is basically what I use now, sans the grip. I lightly black ball the shaft, which is fine but having Inno's grip would complete it.

Kovalchuk, a lot of people are talking about sticks that will obviously be never be produced, so his ideal stick probably just has a z carbon with what would be his custom pattern.

Right now I like my custom Sher-Woods, but if I'm in a slump I'll probably change to my Stealth or my 1100. My favorite stick I've ever used was a Vapor XX, but I wasen't wild about the curve or the durability; my perfect stick would be a Vapor XX with my custom curve although it'll never happen.

My dream curve would be an Easton Iginla in a 5 lie and a whipe flex cut down to be an 80 flex. A standard Response+ shaft would do wonders with an Iggy. But for now I can only dream...

Christian makes an Iggy clone 5 lie 80 flex that's a couple inches shorter than standard senior OPS.

Looks like somebody won't be paying auto insurence this month...

Did I mention I have several of each hand in stock? :P

On the Christian Website the specs for the Clone 5 are the same specs as the Easton Modano, except that is is a "Mid" rather than a "Mid-Heel". Does the Clone 5 actually resemble the Iginla? When you say you have them in stock do you mean the OPS or the blades? Thanks

i think ive already found my perfect stick my 300 flex true one fedorov pattern ive been using this stick for over a year and a half. ive gone through about 10 or so i think.

I'm in the same boat...My supply ran dry about two months ago and I haven't had much of an opportunity to stock up. You can bet your ass I'm pouncing on them when I get the chance, though. GREAT sticks...

If I could have my perfect stick it would be a Sherwood 7000 Featherlite or ETS 7.1 with the Bauer Pronger pattern in a 5.5 lie. I would have the shafts at 58 inches with the last 8 inches of the shaft given the wheelbarrow handle treatment. I'd paint the whole thing black with white graphics. Then I'd top off the whole thing with a stick-up grip like that found on the Bauer 6000. If only Sherwood could do a "grip" wood stick.

An Inno 1100 pro Sundin soft grip in 280 or 300 flex. But I don't think there are any, so I'll settle on my Sundin Novius, TPS P31 sticks, or Drury curved sticks.

something that scores for me when I say "when"

seriously though, a wood stick that's around 73 flex (70's too flexy, 75's too stiff), a good length, and a swappable blade. I'd settle for a standard shaft that's around 73flex AT MY PREFERED LENGTH (impossible, it's either to stiff, or too flexible). Right now I have an XN10 Int cut to fit tapered blades. Tapered blades are sickingly expensive IMO.
