    Ccm has a really nice insole that comes in 3 different arch heights depending on your foot shape. I found the yellow super feet to be too aggressive for my feet but the medium ccm's fit like a dream

    All this article tells me is that we're not far off from custom fitted helmets. I've been saying for years how ridiculous it is for teams to have one helmet for an entire roster. Never made sense to me

    I'm really impressed with what I'm seeing in terms of the Ultra Tack line. Since getting their Tacks stick and skates last season I've been back on the band wagon in the hope that they can get the rest of their protective to be as impressive as their skates and stick. What I'm looking forward to the most are the elbow pads. they have a very "traditional" shape and 3 strap system, almost reminds me of a modern day jofa shape with new materials. Either way. Looking forward to seeing all this hit the shelves. Kudos to ccm for what appears to be the start of a nice comeback.

    We offer both ROH and FBV at our store and it's a chain but with that comes the risk of someone not knowing how to sharpen properly

    No chippa apparently Bauer is releasing a new pattern at retail on the mx3, so I was curious if it would get introduced into the already existing lines

    Had a customer come in looking for skates for his son, mostly just playing pick up and men's league now and he says "I got him the ccm ovi skates for an absolute steal on eBay, "lhs in town" was selling them for 450 and I got them for 200. They just don't fit his foot properly." I couldn't help but ask if maybe next time having his son try on skates instead of blindly assuming any skate will fit him might be better and he just said that it's tough cause he can get everything for so cheap online.

    We just got our first batch of Tacks sticks in and I must say, their 100 dollar price point stick is very very nice for the price

    way more. I find blades on sites like this, facebook and ebay, sometimes you get lucky and sometimes you need to stock up on a couple. Harrow has a pretty good selection, as does Base
