practice during warm up man, practice when play is at the other end. some practice is better than no practice. if you never practice it, you will never improve. (if your goal is to improve)
I wouldn't see that as being pulled, when I go to pickup the other goalie and I will switch sides every 20-25 minutes to give everyone a different goalie to shoot on. Keep working at it, pickup hockey is just another practice in my eyes
A little more than 1.5 years ago I had a herniated disc block a nerve going down my leg causing drop foot among a few other things. Today was the first time i've been able to skate in a game since then. Some nerve damage is still present and will probably always be there but got through the skate and felt pretty good albeit slow.
