2 pointsIt's really an Aesthetics vs Fit / Performance issue. You really have to decide what is more important. Not everybody fits a generic stock boot. This coupled with some of the bone spur issues we are seeing from others- If you don't get it... Eventually you will :)

1 pointI don't think it's a particularly good looking skate, although admittedly how it looks is not usually high on my list of priorities. If it fits and is as comfortable as its reputation, I'd definitely consider it. The 4 stripe pattern, although it's a SVH "signature", looks very forced (and cheap) to me. The last gen VH skates did the stripes a little better IMO.

1 pointSurgery to remove 3 herniated discs out of my cervical spine and a titanium plate screwed to my neck later and I'm back on the ice. Lost in the finals but feeling great after 5 games in 3 days!
