Not so sure about that. When you get it right 90% of the time it’s probably cheaper to make the last 10% twice than to figure out a way to be able to test the fit of a custom fit item at every store.

Sprung, Kor, Miken, Mako Skates... Maybe Sparx and True/VH should be paying us NOT to make long involved threads dedicated to their product...

I think I've got a temporary fix for ya:

I am calling the on-call nurse to see if she can help. She has been an angel. She is doing what she can, despite the direction of my hole from my ostomy as it is down and almost aiming straight back at me! She has been out yesterday and today. I don’t get to see the visiting ostomy/wound nurse until Tuesday as it is a specialty; I just get the on-call visiting nurse who has some experience with these things. All I can do is hope my bag stays attached until Tuesday when the wound/ostomy nurse comes by. I realise there are people going through MUCH worse, which this realisation is what helps me hang on. To say I am going through hell right now is an understatement!

All skates have issues. How the customer service dept handles it is the difference. As for this fit above I wish I was around to help out. Sounds like a little more expiernece with the skate may have made it a little less of an issue. Although it sounds to me like every base was covered. I have had a client albeit shorter over all similar stature and had a similar issue. 3 pair was a charm. In my opinion 2nd was fine but customer is always right. Happy camper now. I'm sure Rob will sort it he is a magician.

I realize it's a holiday weekend, but that seems significant enough to warrant bumping up the appointment- is there an on call doctor you can contact?
