Busch sticks (Sher-Wood Carbone, Itech/Busch Balance, Graf Laser) didn't have hollow shafts - they were filled, but a completely different manufacturing process. Other than the TPS Adrenaline, which had a vibration-dampening insert in the shaft, every high-end stick was hollow.

I put spray insulating foam in my skates after I tie them. It eliminates negative space and helps achieve better heel lock.

Yeah thanks I ordered 15s. Actually found a pair On sideline that had Digi palms and gussets so I grabbed them. Cost me less than sending a pair to hockey menders to have him do new palms and gussets, so I'm happy.

I hav 2 13” pairs and they fit fairly true to size as I have tiny hands. They aren’t a terribly tight anatomical glove but I’d prob go 15 to be sure. You can deal with a Slightly big glove but too small isn’t fun.

Easton aluminum shafts had a foam that was basically the same as what you'd find in a seat cushion. I remember blocking a shot that punched a hole in the shaft, and my whole team was baffled by the spongy foam bulging out of the shaft. I still have no idea what it was supposed to do.

I recall ages ago I cut an Easton aluminum shaft way down and found there was an almost spongy type foam inside.

Does that hinder forward flex? 🤔

Yikes, you are really busting out of that lower mid section. I can't believe a fitter recommended you try a thicker felt tongue, ffs. One look at that and I agree customs would be your best bet, just make sure that whomever you go to knows their stuff because you need a custom facing and a narrower boot so the measurements need to be spot on. I'd recommend you take manual measurements and then compare them with the scan and measurement data before it gets sent off to True. If you aren't happy with what they have produced, make them start again and don't let them send it until YOU think it is right.

Just really hate this... I understand it but these jerseys are sacred to me and that's what's next. They also totally REPLACED the team logo on the helmet. Thats a bad sign to me It also brings teams closer to the commercial pressures of sponsors. I know they already are but this gets us even closer.

I wish NHL Network stuff was shown on NHL.tv.

With all of the lost ticket sales due to Covid, they've got to try and make up those revenues somewhere. Granted, these ads will be here to stay and likely followed by jersey and pant ads.
