    I've heard of using a blow dryer to heat them up to melt the adhesive. That's probably what he did. From what I understand, they're an X:60 skate pretty much. Might have more space in the toebox. But have a Vapor heel.

    Why did you use heat to get the sticker off? You can usually just peel it off with some finger nail work. Sick skates though!

    As a former goalie, I'd imagine skating on this stuff would be similar to skating on goalie steel (which is wider). Definitely feel like you get more bite on your pushoffs but as I've only ever used a goalie radius I can't say for sure how this would affect your turning.

    CCM does this on some (maybe all?) of their prostock gloves. It's super cheap and I would never go this route.

    Tried on both the other week, the 310 is softer than the 710. Ended up going with the 710. Both great helmets!

    I'm in the market for a new helmet and I don't want to buy another RE-AKT if I can help it considering how expensive it is. I used to wear CCM as a kid and I remember them being tighter around the temples; has that changed at all? Compared to the RE-AKT 100, how do these new helmets fit?
