    I can't wrap my head around this one. Edit: And neither could Schenn apparently. I pulled up a shift he played late in the game and he was back to using the 2N Pro.

    .....at your location in your market. I've actually been very surprised how many kids I see with the AS2 series sticks and my LHS guys were saying high kick is selling better than low kick lately. But that's just them in their location in their market too.

    I don't understand using anything thicker than tape. I would never know where the puck is on my stick. I use one layer of tape with as little overlap as possible.

    So they are doing away with the entire line but coming out with a new edition of the stick? Will they just go down to two protective lines?

    I just overheard a conversation at my LHS about the Nexus line being discontinued. Will Bauer be releasing another stick with a similar flex profile? Or will they go on to something new? Like maybe the Jetspeed or Surgeon flex profile.

    Does anyone know what the Blade specs are on this year's jetspeed team sticks? I just grabbed one and I'm wondering what I have. Are they the same that was on the ST 2.0 team sticks?

    Yeah like I enjoy have a Lidstrom curve around just in case I decide to spend a drop in session making every pass a knee high saucer. They are hard to find at retail, but they are still around.

    I keep running in to guys looking for P38 curves and Coffee curves. Then yesterday I was chatting with a guy who would kill to be able to walk into his LHS and grab a Benn pro curve. It got me wondering, what is the most wanted curve not being sold in stores?

    It might be smart to grab a usable used pair of skates he can throw on in case of emergency.

    Scrolling Getty it looks like he changed sticks mid way through the game against VAN. That makes me guess it's less likely to be a wrap. I feel like a mid game switch is more likely to be grabbing something new put of frustration. But that's just a totally wild guess.

    Do you think there is a chance that the P01 will see the light of day in senior sticks? I can see a ton of benifit to playing with a flat blade with a toe hook. I can't really think of any blade that has broken the mold so hard in a long time.

    Then what will the bulk option be?

    Use everything. Get used to stick handling everything. That way a puck on ice just falls into the mix. Smart balls for weight. Biscuits for glide. Wood balls for speed. Golf balls for unpredictability. Etc.

    Or maybe they calculate that Ribcor is going to sell and make their most at risk line their team stick.

    CCM does seem to be pushing Jetspeed very hard. I never understood why they don't dress the LK team sticks as Ribcor.

    I think the P01 is completely straight until the toe hook. I can't even imagine what will come when kids develop on that type of blade. I hope they stick with it.
