  1. Nice work man. I just wanted to make sure you were fully appreciated.
  2. Credit goes to u/McLarenLT @ r/hockeyplayers.
  3. Is the stache CCM? When are they releasing that?
  4. I think you're saying they same thing with different words.
  5. https://youtu.be/0iShXwu4sU4 In the first few moments of this video of Biz and Whit with Cosby and MacKinnon, you can see a retail version of the new Ribcor. Correct me if I'm wrong, but it looks like the concave shaft geometry is a thing of the past.
  6. I love the Easton being included here! Is that the next Ribcor in the mix there????
  7. Nick I dont think any player would skate one something he felt less than 100% about. Im not sure if you play or not but that skates are hands down the most important piece of equipment, no matters what level you are at.
  8. I am a bit partial here but that set up is HOT!
  9. That's fair. I am just saying 1 NHL player is massive compared to 0 NHL players.
  10. Nick are you saying Kronwall is saying "well fuck it. I'm old. My best skating is behind me. Let me just rock this prototype for no reason"???
  11. If there is a player in the NHL using this technology, there is definitely something there. Kronwall isn't trying something out during NHL games. No one is fucking around during an NHL game. As far as I can tell STX still hasn't even gotten their "PureGrip" shaft to the NHL. I would definitely say that seeing #55 wear them took me from being a doubter to someone who would experiment with it for sure if it was affordable for me.
  12. Oh so this is how the P10 will be "available".
  13. Astronomy is super expensive! Hockey has been my cheaper alternative 😄
  14. It is a pro stock pattern. Similar to a P92, but definitely not a P92.
  15. What? The Drury is a heel wedge. The P28 is a toe cup. I really don't see where they relate too each other. I have both and IMO they're both curve for players with very refined technique, but not similar technique at all.
  16. What are the chances of sending people a molding kit and letting people create their own custom blade?
  17. It seems Kronwall used them on 9/22. I have no more info than a post on HFB.
  18. Base and STX aren't comparable. I was halfway through a thread here about "Base Hockey sticks" before I realized the discussion was about a brand and not low end models. STX on the other hand is a strongly established brand known for quality. Anyone who has ever walked into a sports store has seen STX gear. They literally took lacrosse from being an ultra niche sport to having more registered lacrosse players than hockey players in the USA. I know that and I've never played 1 minute of lacrosse. Base is cool but STX is huge.
  19. It may be worth bringing up doing the build your own stick thing a lot of direct sales smaller companies offer. If you were selling a truely top tier customizable stick for under $200 I have a feeling I would be seeing them all over. A Surgeon with a P38 like blade and a lie 4.5. Sick!!!! Call up your boys, let's do this.
  20. STX is a very established lacrosse brand. They have a reputation in the industry. Base is cool but their brand is not similar to STX. I do love their site though.
