yeah carolina got their first road win of the year - ouch...
-
i would call it a sucker punch - it looked like bradley was going to attempt to fight him - but he threw that haymaker before bradley could get his stuff off
-
i would just want to know if the league even looked at it - at this point we dont even know that
-
everyone should have their msh username on the back - or maybe they do?
-
you seem to have alot of faith in ol' CC - i don't
-

-
are the hats subtle and just say MSH or are they a little more obvious and say modsquadhockey.com?
-
tried out the DASC skates yet?
-
grats on making plays of the week - keep up the hard work and im sure it won't be the last time you make it on there. not to completely change the subject - but if you had to choose one type of equipment that has the most room for improvement what would it be? i would choose sticks
-
the announcers said that linesmen basically stopped calling stuff as soon as the 2 referee system was instituted - it's like they don't want to step on the referee's toes. They figure if one of the refs didn't call it - then it isn't their place to say anything.
-
heh all the young guys/rookies have them - but i bet you wont see tkachuk/kariya with one anytime soon
-
i would bet most of them don't know - i mean look at how busy david is - i doubt many of them have the time or desire to use the "internets". I mean does any other player on the blues have a twitter account?
-
does that say "BREATH" on that shannon stick?
-
worst part was he could have easily had a hat trick - cam ward gave him a gift behind the net and he just couldn't get it into the empty net - 3 points ain't bad though
-
is that his first shorthanded goal? he definitely looked determined to score on that rush
-
i agree as long as they are winning attendance will probably be good - unless they stupidly raise ticket prices too much - but i dont think pens management is that dumb i went to alot of the games in 03-04 when ryan malone was a rookie and you had your pick of practically any seat in the house - i've definitely noticed a lot more fairweather fans lately that dont know the first thing about hockey. i guess the real question is if you are able to sellout games when you are winning - how do you turn those fans into ones that will come regardless of if the team is good or bad?
-
i think everyone has given up on the pirates frankly - but they did have decent attendance the first few years the stadium opened - it didn't hurt them
-
i would hope that when they get the new arena then could sell it out no matter if the team is good or bad - but there is no way of telling
-
gonchar's hand being broken might put a damper on things a little bit - he's out for a month at least
-
i think if he had real canadiens equipment he could have gotten away with it for a little longer though.. but i wouldnt want to mess with laraque
-
sounds like somebody is planning to do one of these:

Old bridge - New bridge - Ah, the irony in the shapes. Thanks for playing. ziiiiiiiiiing! im pretty sure from what i remember that triangles are supposed to be the strongest shapes as well - i think most people are just opposed to change and dont want to believe it is better. hey i even managed to not quote the pictures.

the postgame interview with letang pretty much said it all - he wouldn't say what hartnell did - he told all of the reporters to go ask hartnell what he did and said he wanted to know what hartnell's answer was - letang didn't look like he was happy at all
