I'm excited to see what they look like, yeah. Seeing as how I'm currently in the black LE's, I doubt I'll be getting a pair unless my rep can swing one my way for cost. B)
-
I hear that. Too high a price for me, but that both the Vapor and Supreme lines just do not fit my foot is the bigger reason I haven't gone after these. So far the Easton Stealth line has been absolute money for my feet.
-
I said it when I first saw these. Throw on some white laces and it'll look even better.

Doug Weight.

Sublitwill knows more than you will ever learn in your lifetime about hockey equipment and the hockey industry. You should do some background research before you make accusations about what someone does or does not know. <_<

Figured I'd bring this thread back up with one I haven't seen mentioned. Band: People In Planes Song: Light For The Deadvine http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VRyFyq5csng I'm totally digging this right now.

I'm not a huge fan of Ford built cars, but I just came in my pants: Edit: Fast forward to 3:30 for smexiness. ;)

There are definitely some projects that are way more fun than others. Hence my posts.

I used to. Such is the life of a contract game tester.
-
Incorrect. Same field though.

I really really dislike my job. Which is ironic, considering what my job is. Blaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.
-
If it did I wouldn't be buying them in excess.
-
It doesn't really matter what guys like Pronger, Phaneuf, and Kronwall are wearing when they go to hit you. It's gonna hurt regardless.
-
Pretty sure it's still being debated under Rule 305 "Dangerous Equipment". I am probably wrong though.

Nay, the RBK boobs are definitely bigger. The ST line is way more low profile, but they were too low profile on my shoulders which actually hindered my movement, thus why I'm still trying to sell them and stocking up on the pads that I used in Peewee's and Bantam's: Douglas, Jones, and Louisville. I never used the Donzis pads. Currently, I can only think of two: Modano and Ladd. About ten years ago they were way more popular. And by way more, I mean maybe 20 guys wore them! Looks like a nice setup. I'd be way to wary of spiders and other bugs to put my stuff out in a shed though.

Nope, hockey specific shoulder pads. Both Louisville and Douglas made hockey pads that were similar to the old CCM Supra's back in the day. These are just a tad bit more beefy. The protection is nice, but a lot of people, including myself, will add/subtract certain things from the pads. They might be a little big, but they're nothing compared to the RBK pads that have boobs for shoulder caps. They're not as bulky as you might think. Don't notice any difference on the ice.

Stocking up on shoulder pads for the year. I've got one pair of Douglas already, having a second set shipped to me, and I just bought these:

It might not be gear, but we are definitely 'Showing Off' the very best that Google Images has to offer.

Kate Beckinsale for me please: http://elc.polyu.edu.hk/filmsociety/07-08s...ckinsale024.jpg

That would be Megan Fox, shotty.

 Wow. That's a new one.

Coppers always gave me problems. Now I just pop out all the other rivets first and yank the tower off. No problems with the coppers then!

Until Easton does another run of the GX series and makes customizing an option, it'll be Pro Stock gloves for me. That is, until my GX1350's completely fall apart on me. Why pay upwards of $200+ for a pair of custom gloves when I can buy a pair of Pro Stock gloves that are just as comfortable for around $100.
