Edwards is a dolt. He talks like he is a hockey expert but really doesn't know a lot. He'll go on about how awful composite sticks are & give his opinion on hockey where he has no experience to fall back on. No one should take what he has to say seriously. NESN has a show called the "Instigators" which usually has Mike Milbury, Andy Brickley, & Edwards talk about hockey. Milbury consistently shows how little Edwards knows about the game. As far as there rematch next week I really don't expect the Bruins to do much. Trust me I hope & pray I'm wrong but they haven't responded to any adversity all year & I don't think this will be any different. They should come out & hit the Penguins all night & make them work hard for anything they get. They don't need to cheap shot Cooke or Crosby. They need to play the in your face physical game that they had so much success last year. They will lose season ticket holders if they continue to play the lifeless hockey they have played most of this year. Hopefully it will be more like the Philly game from here on out.

Escalator The way this season has gone I figured this would be good for a laugh.

2 wrong decisions don't make a right one.
-
I guess we don't have to worry about them not picking up a winger for Savard's line. Besides the lack of goal scoring and general inconsistency, They can't stay healthy. They better fix this team over the summer. This year has been way too painful to watch.

The Women have NBH ONE90's & the Men have Vapor XXXX's. I'd love to snag a pair.

I've been taking my daughter to a lot of the Holy Cross college women's hockey games this year. Their home rink is the Hart center. Their are only stands on one side of the ice. The men's locker room is underneath the stands and the women's is on the other side. She likes to stand outside there locker room & gives them high fives when they go on & off the ice. The whole team has been really great with her. They have gotten to know her a little. They all gave her autographs and she got a few pucks during the year. Last weekend they had their post season tournament. It is a four team tournament over the weekend. They won & took her out on the ice after the awards were given out. She hasn't stopped talking about it since. It is so great to see her so happy.

That is too funny. -
That is exactly right. They compete with the top teams they have faced this year. The problem is that they can't put teams away when they have the opportunity.
-
The worst part is they haven't played as bad lately. But when you can't bury that clutch opportunity it seems to haunt them every time.

Chara may need offseason finger surgery This season the injuries have killed them. That certainly doesn't excuse the lack of effort some nights. Lets hope when Chiarelli makes a move(s) it will help straighten this team out.

There is something very satisfying about it, that's for sure..... The other night some guy with a Riot Shield was trying to sneak up on me. I hit him in the middle of the shield with a Semtex. Would have like to see that kill cam. -

What do most of you play on? PS3, Xbox 360, or PC. I'm probably in the minority but, I play on the PC. -

From what I have herd they are taking out Akimbo from the game, so no more dual 1887 models. That would be nice. I would like to last more than 5 seconds when I'm playing against someone using them. -
I was listening on the radio & they made it sound like it wasn't a questionable call. When I saw the replay I thought the same thing. The excuse that the goalie wasn't able to play the puck made no sense. It wasn't like the shot came from the point & a Bruin ran into him. Sobotka had the puck and shoveled it in. The B's were awful in that third period & really didn't deserve a point. They better have some good practices this week they have a tough weekend coming up.

I'm starting to realize why multiplayer is so popular. I'm slower getting hooked. I'm by no good yet but having a lot of fun. -
After the way they played in Montreal, you knew they they were going to have a better game last night. I was happy to see Boychuk get another chance to play. It would have been interesting if Lucic hadn't got hurt. When they come back on Thursday it should be a good game.
-
He may start on Friday. Plus he has been backing up Rask so I don't think it's that serious.
-
Great game tonight. Bergeron looks better every game the last couple weeks. They were outplayed in the first but kept there composure and came and played a very good second period. Finally they are playing like many thought they would. Not as dominating as last year but a solid team from top to bottom.

It is amazing the sabers let him go for only a draft pick. He seems to be very similar to Axelson in terms of skill. He has been a very good penalty killer. After seeing Paille for a couple weeks and seeing Afinogenov with the Thrashers I think some players were tuning out Lindy Ruff.
-
So are the Bruins going to finally wake up from there early season funk? Julien was not happy after there effort Monday. Hopefully that gets them going & gets them to play like they are capable. Getting back Lucic tonight and Savard soon should help as well.
-
He repalmed some Eagles for my brother and they came out great. Highly recommend him as well.

My B-day is Thursday and have been letting my wife know since the summer that CoD Modern Warfare 2 is what I want. I'm pretty sure she's getting it so I'm pretty pumped for then. I loved the first CoD Modern Warfare. The story was so good it really gets you into the game. I don't play multi-player all the time but that's very fun as well. -
The D seemed to be a lot more active tonight. And they finally capitalized on there bounces they got. Hopefully Krejci is back next week and Lucic and Savard will be back by the end of the month.

They have looked really good for the last six or seven games. With Gustavson playing like he has he will give them a chance to win most nights. As a Bruins fan I've paid a little more attention then usual and I hope the miss the playoffs. But I think they will be in mix.
