Agreed. There was plenty of stuff left at the end. I didn't hear anyone complaining that they didn't get what they wanted at the sale. There are plenty of others that would do the same if they could.
-
Nice. It least you left some some L edge socks this year.....
-
My pick up from the Worcester Sharks sale. The Stick is marked VESCE It is very close to a easton Drury curve. A couple of L edge socks.
-
Those look really nice.
-
Those & the Douglas shoulder pads bring back a lot of memories. nice pick up.

I missed about nine months with a severe illness & that is what I missed the most.
-
I had a few as well. I remember when those were a "light" aluminum shaft.
-
Nice old school helmet on the guy defending you.
-
My brother took them, he's a photographer. I think he said he had about $5,000 - $ 7,000 worth of camera equipment with him at the time.

From a couple weeks ago.

No I'm pretty sure he meant Gill's hands of stone. :P

Hopes this makes Savard crack a smile. couldn't of happened to a nicer guy.

I've seen that. I could only imagine the fan reaction if that happened this year. I heard a funny story about McQuaid during a Bruins game last week. He sustained a concussion earlier this year. In a hotel during the night He got up & tripped over his equipment bag.
-
The coaches should have taken ice time away from Wideman earlier in the season. I would have much rather of seen McQuaid in there at times this year than Wideman. He seems to lose every race to loose pucks & has had too many giveaways this year. Hunwick came on strong at the end of last year as well. hopefully he continue to play well. Unfortunately unless someone can find the back of the net in the playoffs. It will be four & out.
-
With the Rangers beating Toronto tonight that leaves the Leafs 2 pts in back of Florida & Tampa with one game to go. All we need is for Tampa & Florida to each get 1 more point & Toronto will finish second worst in the league. They both have 3 games left.

Seidenberg has wrist surgery The hits just keep on coming.....
-
Plus he has a no trade clause. He isn't going anywhere unless he wants to go. The inability of the Bruins to score goals this year has really hurt Thomas. Last year if he let up a couple soft ones the team more than made up for it. He certainly hasn't played as well as last year but he hasn't been the Bruins problem.
-
I almost think I would rather see them miss the playoffs. It is really painful to watch the same thing night in & night out. Chiarelli has a lot of work to do in the off season. My guess he will try & move Thomas. Then cross his fingers & hope someone will take either Wideman or Ryder off his hands. Chiarelli must be praying Toronto finishes second to last. Although with there luck they will move down in the draft lottery.

Stimulus Package has rocky launch. Anyone on Xbox live download it? Did anyone have the same problems? -
I would've rather see them extend Seidenberg before Ference. Plus if he isn't healthy what good is he.
-
Bruin's sign Ference They sign him to a three-year contract extension worth $2.25 million per season. This makes little sense IMO. He's a decent defenseman but the last two seasons he can't stay healthy. I know they don't have a lot of depth on the blueline in their system but I think they could ve done better in the off season with a trade or free agency.
-
Thomas isn't going anywhere unless they find some goalie depth in there system. Kevin Regan & Dany Sabourin certainly aren't capable of backing up Rask.
-
That's exactly whats so frustrating this season. They can easily compete with every team in the league when they decide to play. Unfortunately that has happend only a few times this year. Then when you add in the injuries it seems that they use that a excuse.

Nice.....
