looks like a hossa clone

hmmm.. wouldn't it be awkward with the lack of ankle flexion and the tendion guard being there? it is basically like playing with player skates on with the added shell for protection..
-
so is it me, or is the totalone line of protective gear basically the same as the one95.. visually they look the same to me. except for the colours.. sorry if this has been discussed already
-
they must smell nice
-
lol you'r lucky teh acetone didn't take off the colour of the glove.. especially the teal part...
-
How does the plasti dip hold up btw? And how is the grip? is it more like the stickum, or like the old easton matt finish grip? or neither?
-
new shoulders.. nothing special but got them for 80 taxes in from sport chek... 129, additional 10% off, 50& GC :D

the mlx looks like a very vey soft and bendy boot.. and that tongue is almost non existent???

one of my LHS has about 5 of them in stock.. the curve did look nice nad subtle.. they were 35 bucks each if i remember correctly, but I had not tapered shaft to use with it.
-
its not a huge rocker but it isnt small either.. because the toe tapers off both frmo the top and bottom it gives it a decent rocker... ill try to get pics up soon. wow lol... why is the 65 soooo long lol...
-
here is my participation.. just picked it up today from base hockey labs. (i live minutes away from them) custom ordered. from what i can tell visually.. the shaft is very similar if not identical to the dolomite. the blade very similar to the bauer one95. i will test it out tonight and see how it performs... although it will be hard to compare since i hve never used a 75 flex before.

Vapor XX/Pm9 pattern/87 Flex User 5'11 155lbs Competetive Roller Hockey 3 times per week Blade - i never thought i would be able or wanted to use a modano/hossa blade. i loved my recchi and iggy but the vapor xx didnt make anything close to those except the pm9 curve which i thought i would give a shot b/c i wanted to stick with the xx as i had a p88 earlier last year. Shaft/Flex - 87 is great for me, i wanted to try the int 77 but i didnt like the thinner shaft. i got the 87 cuz 102 would be too stiff for me esp after hacking off 2 inches off the top. i love the new grip that the xxs have no,,, the first batch i got at my lhs had NO grip! i was choked!love the flex and the shaft in general! (10/10) Stickhandling/Receiving Passes - stickhandling imo is in the player not the stick.. i had to get used to the blade a bit to get my stickhandling and shooting adjusting.. only took me about 15 mins since the pm9 isnt much of a drastic change than what i was using before. cant rate the stick on this category b/c like i said its the player that is the stickhnadler not the stick. receiving passes i would give it a 9/10. si core is the best stick for reciving passes since the puck sits on the blade cuz of the sicore technology Shooting - it might be cuz i switched over from a 100 easton to a 87 bauer but when i leaned into a slapper in warmup i felt the stick really snap and the puck just flew! i love the flex and the long taper on this stick! when i bend the blade the kick zone whip sback and forth i love it! (10/10) Balance - its a bit bottom heavy but im not the one that likes a stick that feels like the weight is dist throughout the whole stick even.. i need a bit of weight on the blade for stickhandling (personal prefernece) 10/10 Durability - the first xx i owned it lasted 3 months and counting until i used it for roller indoors and the blade started to wear cuz i didtn tape it up.. it woulda lasted a good 4-6 months at least on ice! so from that i would give it 10/10 on durability.. very impressed by the durability on a full graphite blade! Conclusion - best ops imo. 10/10 overall compared to other sticks out there! bauer is doing somehting right!

Product: Easton Synergy Si-core grip Right Handed Iginla 100 flex. Background: 5'11 155 pounds. Blade- the blade ont he si core was stiff as hell.. i read a loto f posts when the si core came out that it had issues with durability but the one i had was a beast! after 3 months of hockey the blade was just as stiff as it was new and no cracks or fractures! Flex- i wanted a 85 flex but settled with a 100 cuz it was on sale for only 200 cdn at my LHS and i couldnt wait for a 85 to come in as the sale was going to end. Stickhandling/feel- the si core blade was totally diff than the reg synergies.. not only was te stick a tad heavier overall(whcih i liked for stickhandlgin0 but receiving passes was great! (10/10) Weight and Balance- the balance and weight was a little heavy compared to the yellow grip i used before but after using the si core i liked it being a bit heavier.. i noticed when i tried to use my yellow grip i tended to overstickhandle as the yellow was "too light" (9/10) Durabillity- like i said alot of ppl i know had problems with the si core but the one i had at least was a beast and i give it 10/10 for durability (for the one i got lol) shooting/performance- definitely noticed some lack of bounce off the blade when shooting.. kinda felt like a 2 peice in a way... when i shot with my yellow grip i noticed the puck def jumped off the blade more (8/10) Conclusion- for a synergy , i was very pleased. blade lasted the longest of all the synergies ive owned.. the sticks perf did not decrease at all since day one! i think i was lucky and got a good batch! overall 8.5/10 (does not reflect average pts out of 10, this is just my overall opinion)
