Yes, Trakzor works. But you have to be registered with the site if you wanna be able to be seen by other people. It's worth registering and I use it.

those myspace trackers are against the rules of myspace and they'll delete your profile if they catch you with it. I've known people that got their profiles deleted... I still don't know how they would track who is visiting your page because they can only log your ip address.

-upload image from URL or browse and get it from your comp.

Only thing I could tell you is to find a friend that knows HTML very well, and ask them. I'm not sure if there are any sites out there that have ways to do that.
