Theres a guy on my team who's scottish so we call him braveheart.

Mines jst Ali - Short for Alastair. A few of the parents call me basher because i have the most PiMs on the team, and i always hit people and play an in your face style.

Stevey is Van Helsing ( one day this kid was buttending him all game long so in te 3rd he knocked the kid down and out his stick in the kids chest like he was killing a vampire)

"Old Dutch" - I earned this one after 4 penaties in one game playing at the old Met Center in Bloomington, MN...Old Dutch Potato Chips had an ad on the boards infront of the penalty box.

"LJ" - Stands for Lynda Junior. One guy found out that my middle name is Lee, which happens to be the last half of my mom's first name (Lynda Lee) Hence, Lynda Junior...

My girlfriend wore a Lemieux jersey the first time she was on the ice with other players, and she got called "Ms. Lemieux" the whole time. She was mortified.

I would say I get called "that's OK" or "Don't worry about it," because I suck, but I work my a$$ off.

Maybe I should be called cone.

My other friend has last name of Mooberry so we just call him Moo

And another kid on my team has the last name Tank, but hes the smallest kid on the team, so since its a sweet name (not really a nickname ) and it does not fit him at all we still call him tank.

Everyone in the league just calls me "Chairman" or "Chairman of the Boards" because inevitably that's what I end up crashing into. There's a running joke that since I fall down nearly every time I score that if I don't fall down no one knows the puck went in the net. :)
