A quick sidenote: Does anyone know of a company that offers a tackified palm like Easton's old models? No palm has come close to being as good as those were imo.

TPS R2 is my all time favorite in terms of fit but finding a 15" in decent colors was almost impossible.

05 Salming PG1 is a great glove. Clarino, Nash and the rubber embossing on the palm all work well.

I love my MSH Heliums too. The retails were nice but I've always had fit issues with their retail gloves.

I've probably owned 50+ pair of gloves so it's pretty hard to make my list. Very few retail gloves fit the dimensions of my hand.

Muskoka XT 970 - Great fit, flex, and durability.

Whats the Muskoka later model with the three-piece fingers and the tech-fiber panels? I saw them at my LHS once but never online. I'd love to pick up a pair of those.

Whatever the Hespelers were that had the traditional 4 roll design

I had the Hespeler classic pros, another forte/eagle glove

I like my TPS's. Nike's and Bauer's are nice but they look like Darth Vader Style, same thing with the new Warrior gloves, they look retarded. Eagles are nice too.

discounting the new stuff (the One90 will gain a hold in the pantheon soon)

1.Louisville HG1 (mid 90's) very thin palm, yet durable

2.Dr1500 - bourque pro glove - nylon..but $200 in the late 80's...

3.TPS HG 1 that Marz had made up for me after I broke a finger..

4.Koho GL5 - funky looking euro glove..great mobility

Bauer SDP Am still thinking of getting them repalmed.

Oakley mace(two pairs different colors for different teams.)

All you guys with your snazzy, new fangled gloves....

1.) Oakley Mace 15" Nashville Predators Pro Model ($40 at their garage sale during the draft in 2002)

2.) Jofa Claude Lemieux Pro Returns (from his days with the Avs) Traded a pair of Easton Donzitz for them to a LHS owner. Good ole' Claude, those gloves were made to never come off yer hands no matter what.

I have a tie for this one...

1a) Cooper Techniflex (got a pro return pair from Travis Green when he was on the isles and still have a pair in decent shape in Whlalers colors)

and

1b) Ferland 3400 (the original ones that had the tacky area in the palm.)
