I use Nylon. Not sure why, I just like the feel and look.

Not sure what the benefits or pro's of choosing one over the other would be (breathability? feel? etc...)

Never had full leather gloves. Started with Pallas, am now using Sherwood 9950's which are also a combo. (although mostly nylon, just a strip of leather)

You just need to make sure you get good nylon gloves. Getting some junkers just because they are nylon does no good. For instance, the Vapor XXX, and One90 are two good nylon stock gloves. If you want to go all out, order some custom Eagles, or TPS nylons.

Nylon. I think the last time I used leather was back when 1350s were around. I picked up leather Eastons and still can't get used to them but I'll soldier on.

I voted leather....my first few pairs of gloves were nylon...but once I tried leather I never went back.

To me it looks better and feels more....solid, for lack of a better word.

I prefer nylon.

After using mostly leather most of my life I picked up some PR Supreme 5000 gloves and they are lighter and more comfortable and breath better. Like butter.

I find the leather gloves just feel more substantial. I don't know why that's important to me, but it is.

It's also probably a historical thing; Gretz etc. used leather when I was growing up, my Dad had leather gloves, so I like leather.

Most top end gloves, leather or nylon are nice and fit everything that I'm looking for in gloves. But if I had a choice of designing my own glove, it would be nylon.

Actually, it would be a nylon vector pro with the breathe-ability of one90s(vents and beatheable material between fingers) and nash palms.

I prefer nylon over leather. I like the flexability of nylon. I use leather, but just because I couldn't find a pair that I liked in nylon other than a set of RBK's.

leather.... for some reason nylon gloves feel cheep to me... ;)

I don't really have a reason for liking leather, so I'll just piggyback on his.

Some leather/ synthetic leather gloves are light anyway, and can be pretty darn flexible too. I find tour gloves to be some of the lightest and most flexible gloves around, and they have the loose fit that I like.
