How do know they fixed the antenna issue? iOS 5 will run on the iPhone 4. Siri should run on the iPhone 4 as well, but it doesn't because apple is greedy.

4s is total failure compared to the rest of the industry. Open your eyes apple fan boys. Regardless, mine will be here on the 14th :)

Woah relax. I'm just sharing what i read about the antenna improvement, and i don't think apple would just lie about fixing the antenna. I'm sure it was tested too. Do you know some thing we don't? Do you have a reason to think Apple isn't telling the truth?

My buddy's wife dropped her iPhone...cracked the screen. We found a youtube video on how to replace it...the part costs $89. Looks fairly easy...but there are about 20 of the tiniest screws I have ever seen that are all specific and have to go back in the same order/place they came out.

Anyone ever attempted that?

I have not done any iPhone repairs, but I have worked on my old macbook, with not so tiny but still super tiny screws. I will say with the right toolset and a comprehensive tutorial (preferably with video to follow along with) it shouldn't be too hard. I thought I bit off more than I could chew with the macbook but it ended up going very smoothly. Just take your time and don't set it down and come back to it. Also helps to mark down which screw came from where. Draw up a diagram or something.

iOS5 upgrade is even less underwhelming and pathetic than I expected. Hopefully the 4S exceeds my expectations. Granted it won't be hard considering how low my expectations are... Haha

Got my iPhone 4S a few hours ago, puts my Droid to shame its so fast and streamlined. I downloaded 10 apps in the same time it took my Droid to download one. Siri is much better than I was expecting and I will actually be using it. Just waiting for the battery to drain so I can fully charge it and put my music onto it. This phone is impressive so far

And yes, at this point even my rooted and overclocked droid is sluggish and outdated compared to any of the new smartphones, apple or android.

Same here, was hoping for an iPhone 5 but I'll settle for the 4S. Hope it lives up to the expectations, I've been happy with my iPods so far so time will tell!

I picked up an iphone 4 a month ago, is the 4s a new one or what? Kind of lost on that one, lol. Really love my iphone though

I have to say I'm a bit fed up with this online manual deal. I wouldn't mind an old fashioned printed manual that showed me everything. But then, if we stayed old fashioned we wouldn't have cool devices like the iPhone. Damn site better than the bag phone I bought that had a battery the size of my house and cost 50 cents per minute.
