Unrelated to this picture...but I have a question. Why, in this new jersey era, and all the hype that RBK has created around them are so many teams using the old Center (Centre) Ice branded practice jerseys?

At this time of year, with the equipment guys' laundry load, you use what you've got--and if you've got any old stock lying around, you use it first. That's why we're seeing guys in Center Ice jerseys, Jofa jerseys, et. al.

Question, as well: When did Thornton switch to Eagles from the re-branded Eastons he was wearing when he first went to SJ?

Not sure about the skates, but it's not everyday you see a player decide to STOP wearing a visor...other than guys who temporarily wear one after an injury.

True Temper is a manufacturer/developer, they specialize in 'tubular components'... my Sherwood Momentum XD is manuf. by True Temper, and I believe I've also seen it on other Sherwood shafts. Not sure about any other brands....they also develop a lot of golf club shafts.
