Yea that is pretty annoying. Every year there is always a few of those which i really dislike because after a couple years on the dynasty they end up being top players in the game.

I don't think there's much difference from the demos. I guess it really depends on what controller you prefer and what system friends are on.

BAP didnt have a chance to play EASHL cause my xbox died a few hours after I got the game.

Nothing is more frustrating than making it to the NHL, working up to the second line, scoring 11 goals and 5 assists in 9 games, only to be sent back down to the AHL.

I'm playing heavy and I'm not even halfway through the season, averaging just under 2 points a game.

The part I don't like is that on any line I'm playing almost 40 minutes of the game. It just feels weird, mostly due to 5 minute periods and the turbo clock, but I don't want to sit the whole game.

I still wish a game was seamless start to finish, no cutscenes and skips between faceoffs. A good analysis between periods and more dynamic announcers would be great too.

I was talking to my buddy about that....I think the best way to fix it for next year's game would be to add a fatigue element to it. So if you do it once, there will be a delay before you can do it again and the more you do it, the quicker your player will get tired.

I find if you pass a lot and try not to just one on one all day long it helps against the stick lift.

I'm dying for this game. I moved from Canada last year and left my 360 with my brother. I got about 3 weeks of NHL08 in before the move to Australia and started jonesing after a while without it here. I purchased a PAL 360 and found NHL08 here, which is next to impossible! Now I've got to wait for a month until NHL09 released here! Why can't EA Sports just release it worldwide on the same day? I'll buy it here and it'll be useless when I head home in a few months...

You guys are getting my hopes up with all the banter and videos too. It looks like it flows a lot better than previous incarnations did. Injuries from something other than a hip check is a good addition. BAP is going to get me fired from my job and keep me from training as well...

She's rated 98... In my BAP game Vancouver picked her up and relegated Luongo to backup status. I realized this after I was promoted to 1st line on the NHL Sharks. I'm a little annoyed I have to start all over again because I don't want a fake player (except me :P) winning all the goddamn trophies every year.

I edited her stats down to 50 overall and sent her to Russia with Emery. :lol:

Most of the time the people like the 98 rated goalie girl (and others in the past games) are usually "make a wish" kids. If it bothers you that much, just edit their stats down.
