Just for the record, and sorry if this is a re-post, Avery is wearing a visor because they're mandatory in the AHL. I started noticing after the lockout, but I don't know if that's officially when the rule was enacted.

i managed to try on a pair last week, i have to say at first i thought i was going to be happy. until i opened and closed my hand. the side padding on the index finger catches on the thumb when closing your hand, i found it extremely annoying to the point where the initial fit didnt hinder me from thinking they are crap.

That's how the samples were produced. That problem is to be corrected for final production of retail gloves. Problem solved.
