Warrior Hustler Pant

I was on the Monkey's site and noticed They have some Warrior Hustler pants up for sale.

Just curious if anyone knows the deal with these? Are they and SMU, or a new pant Warrior is putting out?

Also a second question, since Warrior is more of a merger/acquisition company, did they buy someone that was already making pants, or are these actual Warrior creations (Hustler or Method pants)?

The hustler pant is their current top level pant with the method coming in second and the ruckus pant third. The hitman will be coming out shortly but I am not sure where it will fall in the hierarchy.

The Hustler isnt a SMU and any Warrior dealer can order these

ANOTHER Warrior overstylized piece of crap with a stupid name and... wait a second... Those actually look cool. I like the subdued design and those side stripes. I can't tell the quality of the materials but the design looks nice and clean.

They look extremely familiar. I can't put my finger on it, maybe it's because all pants look pretty much the same, but I swear the vent/stretch strips over the thighs and that half circle piece under the belt have been used before on some other brand.

Is the yellow liner the same as that used in the MIA/Warrior gloves?

The inside liner looks a bit like the Graf pants although the Grafs are a greenish yellow tint.

if it weren't for that warrior logo on the thigh being so massive, i might be interested in these. They look pretty good other than that though. That half circle on the hip sort of reminds me of RBK/Jofa design.

That's what got my interest the most. If anyone's worried about the W logo, it appears to be screened so I'm sure it can be taken care of rather easily.

Where did you order them from Skoda? Hockeymonkey only has XLarge in Black available.

Also, Warrior's website doesn't show their pants, did they stop making them? These look to be some pretty beefy and good pants..

Salming evolution pants had the same belt cover, don't recall the vent pattern.

I ordered them from Hockeymonkey. Fat kid needs an extra large. :lol:

I don't think the Warrior site has been updated recently, last time I checked they were showing older model sticks, like the Royale, still.

So UPS dropped off the pants today. They aren't exactly as pictured. The "W" logo is much smaller on the pair I got, and it's embroidered (sp?) like most other pants as oppossed to screen printed like it appears in the picture. Not really a bad thing in my opinion.

Overall padded pretty well. Fit for me is good, and the materials (liner, etc) are pretty nice.

Not sure when I'll get to take them for a spin on the ice. Hopefully sometime this week
