Watching the Sedin's play, this season in particular, has been absolutely amazing. That goal was the icing on the cake (normal, regular season cake that is).

Henrik just stood around after the face off so he should've at least vaguely know where Daniel was, but nevertheless an awesome play!

The Calgary defenseman is really to blame though. Even if that tip pass play didn't happen, Burrows could've just thrown a shot through traffic, and Daniel would've been completely free for the rebound.

he's right...what the hell could Spezza have done differently? He played it as close to perfect as you can. Hell, he even knocked him down...and Sid still makes the play.

You'd probably see more guys doing this if more guys defended like Spezza did, most of the time someone gets beat they grab him before they get a chance to turn back around. He really didn't make much contact then it just looked like Crosby stumbled as he made the pass.

I'm not trying to discredit what Crosby did but Spezza played him like a little soft(as Spezza played the whole game) and as the NHL rules would dictate... Most defenders aren't that generous. It's kind of like Datsyuk playing keep away from that former pro(the black reporter), there's little to no contact and it's impossible to stick check the puck off of him.

IMO the Crosby play there wasn't THAT nice. Like sure he kind of messed around behind the net there, but Spezza isn't a defenseman... All he really did is get out to the side of the net, fall and pass the puck to Letang. Not that special.
