If it is them, the "shithole" motif is a definite giveaway as this place is a greasehole. Much better talent at the 18+ place, but I hate being around 18+ year olds and having to pay for $8 waters or Cokes. I also didn't like getting the tip of my nose put in some place I really didn't want it.

At the local pub (by local I mean an hour away). They sell pints of Guinness brand stuff - Harp, Smithwicks, Guinness Stout. I normally order Harp Lager and sometimes vary it up by doing a snake bite (half lager, half hard cider - It's tasty as hell). Other then that I like Newcastle, and Anchor Steam (it's good but mostly for the fact that I like to rep the San Fran beer).

regular, or ruination?

mmmm ruination.

mmm IPA in general.

only thing that sucks about stone is the price.

The Carrs/Safeway here had a clearance on them for some ungodly reason so I cleaned out the last case they had. They went from about $5 per to $2.50.

I remember it being banned in Alaska for its name. Should have been banned for its taste.

Though I'm going to whiskey hell, we got home and were making drinks and I grabbed a 7up bottle and put Jamesons in it. Pretty damn good.

anyone ever try twang?

http://www.bevmo.com/productinfo.asp?sku=0...9&area=more

my buddy introduced me to it a couple months ago. i keep a couple 'bottles' in the house now. good investment at $1.99

Adding a citrus salt to a beer is about as good an investment as Enron stock in 2001.

But on the subject of beer deals, the costco near me had the Red Hook variety pack (the one with the Winterhook, not the Sun Rye) on sale for $18 last week.

You get a sixer of ESB, Longhammer IPA (my favorite), Winterhook and I believe either the Blonde or the Blackhook.

Always good drinking (apart from the Sun Rye, which I can't stand)

My favorite beers right now are Guinness Draught, Surly Bender, Bells Amber Ale, and New Belgium Fat Tire. I like brown and amber ales.
