He has his fathers name and brothers name on all his skates. His father for obvious reasons but his brother passed away in a car accident when alex was quite young.

Fair enough.........but I would love a pair of new Supremes mainly white with a red maple leaf on the outside part of the quarter package.

Agreed. Please tell me why Bauer did not choose the X100 LE in black with red stitching like the earlier Vapor model. Green..... seriously..... Green?????

With Bauer we usually hit home runs with everything from them - something was bound to flop eventually.

At least the X100 LEs are selling amazing, right? ...right? :(

What's messed up - since OD1N was announced, I've had to explain to 5 families that we can't get it for your kid and its not possible, all were/are extremely serious about getting them, thinking they would be twice as expensive as current top end, with all of the kids having NXGs or APX2s with top-end everything else... I'm in a small market - I can't imagine how many OD1Ns would sell in Toronto, Minneapolis, Boston, etc. I can honestly see Bauer coming out with a retail skate similar to it and price it at 1200-1500. It would sell. The only thing stopping us from seeing it would be if Bauer can't justify the profit made from the skate.

These gloves are so nice :o and the Totalone!

Skates IMO look like a garage spray paint job.

I've had a few customers inquire about them and how to go about getting a pair but they change their tune quickly when you mention that the skate only gets 25-30 sharpenings (less if done by someone who doesn't know what they're doing) before its time for a whole new pair.

But that holder can come off the skate and a new one can go on right? At least from the pictures I've seen, the holder is still attached with the same hardware. It just sounds like the boot only has a moat of outsole, since they deemed that material redundant.
