bandits_5 18 Report post Posted June 13, 2013 http://www.icewarehouse.com/descpage.html?pcode=ACWRIS9For some people though, the fact that they have a Reebok logo means they're not protective enough. Jofa gear was just so much better in every way!I think rhino was talking about these. http://images.search.yahoo.com/images/view;_ylt=A0PDoVwuyLlRWz4AR2mJzbkF;_ylu=X3oDMTBlMTQ4cGxyBHNlYwNzcgRzbGsDaW1n?back=http%3A%2F%2Fimages.search.yahoo.com%2Fsearch%2Fimages%3F_adv_prop%3Dimage%26va%3Djofa%2Bslash%2Bguards%26fr%3Dfptb-swat02%26tab%3Dorganic%26ri%3D3&w=640&h=512&imgurl=www.modsquadhockey.com%2Fpics%2FJR%2Fjofa2.jpg&rurl=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.modsquadhockey.com%2Fforums%2Findex.php%2Ftopic%2F35832-slash-guards-elbow-pad-extensions-ovechkin-wears%2F&size=66.2KB&name=%3Cb%3ESlash+guards%3C%2Fb%3E%2F+elbow+pad+extensions+Ovechkin+wears%3F+-+Ice+Hockey+...&p=jofa+slash+guards&oid=2de3508313d3ce78d18197ba29ed5d49&fr2=&fr=fptb-swat02&tt=%3Cb%3ESlash+guards%3C%2Fb%3E%2F+elbow+pad+extensions+Ovechkin+wears%3F+-+Ice+Hockey+...&b=0∋=72&no=3&ts=&tab=organic&sigr=13c7rm0v8&sigb=13h58k19a&sigi=1181v2af7&.crumb=72L7c9lvMC4&fr=fptb-swat02

A2rhino 62 Report post Posted June 25, 2013 Keep up updated on the weight and performance of the RBZ Skates. Curious, what skates did you where prior to these?
bg9 12 Report post Posted June 25, 2013 (edited) Before these, I had used the Reebok 20K's, before that Easton SE16's, and before that Bauer Vapor XXXX's. Very early review: Really stiff boot and I love the Hyper-Glide steel and the new holder. The fit is much bigger than 20Ks of the same size (8EE). The RBZ's feel like an 8 1/4 and another width wider. I think I'm going to have to re-bake. Keep up updated on the weight and performance of the RBZ Skates. Curious, what skates did you where prior to these? Edited June 25, 2013 by bg9
bradd94 5 Report post Posted June 25, 2013 I believe I heard the same thing about the CL compared to the Reebok. Part of the reason why I don't order online (although puckstop.com from Britain already has them early).I just picked up a pair of Reebok Edge socks with my Easton RS2 shins and I have to say I'm SO EXCITED to try them out. They feel so snug and narrow it's ridiculous. I'm never going back to knit ever again. Hopefully the Reebok Edge stay on retail for the future.

AIREAYE 248 Report post Posted June 26, 2013 The UofT Varsity Blues Women's team also had a team set of Harrow gloves this past season.
adam14 182 Report post Posted June 27, 2013 they sent a bunch of demo pairs to Nip cause they want to get in, since they're already in a few schools, they leave a bit to be desired depending on the fit you like but as long as you go up a size, all in all a really nice glove.
